        Shipping, Payments

        When will my order be shipped and when will it get delivered?

        Shipping Information:
        We normally ship all orders within 2 business days.
        • Custom / Made to order collections are dispatched within 5 business days.

        Delivery Information:
        Final delivery time will vary based on location.
        • Standard Deliveries take 2-5 Days in India.
        • Standard Deliveries take 4-12 Days in other parts of the world.
        • However, there might be delays due to extraneous factors.

        Are there any additional charges for delivery?

        Domestic Orders:
        • We charge Rs. 100 for orders with a value below Rs. 1000. (Non-refundable if shipped)
        • Free shipping is available for all orders above Rs. 1000 within India.

        International Orders:
        • Additional shipping charges apply and will be reflected at checkout. Find more information here.

        How do I make payments ?

        • Prepaid – You can make secure online payments using your debit cards, credit cards, Net banking, Wallets or UPI.
        • International payments can be made using cards or Paypal.
        • Bank transfers are accepted upon special request.
        • Cash on delivery (COD) –
        Available for domestic Indian Orders at an additional cost of Rs 50. (Non Refundable)

        Do you Have Express Delivery?

        We offer express, 1-2 business day delivery for selected pincodes at an additional price of Rs 350.
        • Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched on the same day and the transit time is calculated based on that.
        • Orders placed after 2 PM, are dispatched on the next business day.
        • Business days do not include Sundays, Indian National holidays, and major festivals.

        Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

        You can guest checkout without creating an account.

        Can I modify the shipping address or product(Size) of my order after it has been placed? 

        Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, no changes can be made to the address or the order contents.

        What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

        Do not worry at all !

        Rest assured, in most cases, orders are only processed once even if your card is authorized multiple times. These duplicate authorizations are typically reversed by your bank within 12 hours.

        However, if you see multiple debits on your account after 12 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.
        We may request your bank records to verify the issue.

        Cancellation, Returns & Exchange

        How do I cancel an order?

        Order's can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable Should you wish to cancel your order, please inform the team via email on, DM us on Instagram/Facebook or Call/WhatsApp us at + 91 9354443530 | Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM to 6 PM IST.

        What is your return policy?

        You can return eligible products, up to 7 days from the date of delivery, from "My Orders" section on the website or using the RETURN REQUEST
        • The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received. Tags should be intact.
        • The product(s) clears a quality check at the Tiber Taber warehouse and only then the exchange/refund is processed.
        • Exchange request will be accepted only once.
        • Products marked under clearance section and customised products are non-returnable.
        • COD and Shipping Fees are non-refundable
        • International orders are non-returnable.

        How long will it take for an refund request to get processed?

        It usually takes 7-10 working days for an exchange or return order to be processed.
        This is because we raise a reverse pickup with the courier company, which then collects the product from your delivery address.
        Once the goods are picked up from your address, they are received at the Tiber Taber warehouse where they go through a quality check.
        Once this procedure is completed, we initiate further steps in this process.

        Do you arrange for reverse pickups?

        Yes. Reverse pickup is available for a wide selection of pincodes.
        In case your Pincode doesn't have reverse pickup facility, we will inform you and you will have to ship the item back. . In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed through a Tiber Taber voucher. This will be done post the quality check of all received items.

        Can I choose a different item in exchange?

        You can request for a size exchange HERE.

        To exchange for a different outfit, initiate a return request for
        the original order against refund and place a new order with the new selection.

         How do you process refunds?

        • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original source of payment.
        • For COD orders, you can opt for store credits or cash refund.
        • Once the order is received at our warehouse and QC approved, we will share a payout link which will ask for your account details in which the refund will be processed.
        • Refunds can take 7-10 days.
